Outside Catering
The Horseshoe and Saddlers Group developed its outside catering facilities
in 1999. The outside catering arm of the business is going from strength
to strength and Saddlers is the only certified caterer for the National
Trust west of Lisburn. One of the National Trust estates that we work
with on a regular basis is Crom
Castle.
That means many of the most glamorous social events that have taken
place in Fermanagh's National Trust venues over the past year have
been catered by Saddlers such as weddings, corporate events and the
prestigious Coole Fest at Castle Coole. From these events word has
circulated and we now find ourselves in numerous venues throughout
Fermanagh and further a field.
Castle Coole would be the nearest National Trust property that we
would provide outside catering to. The picture of Castle Coole above
shows the front of the house with the main entrance being to the rear
as pictured below. Below are some photos of the first 'Civil Wedding'

Our commitment to your event
We are a family owned and managed business located in Enniskillen.
We currently own and operate The Horseshoe Bar, Saddlers Restaurant
and Forthill Fine Foods Butchers & Delicatessen. The event and
outside catering service is an extension of our core business, where
we offer the facility of providing the complete hospitality service
for any event or function in any location.
We will work very hard with any organising body to make the organised
events as successful as possible; obviously a successful event for
the organising body is a successful event for our company.
We will guarantee the personal attention of one of the managing partners
at your event, and team of trained and trusted staff. We will also
leave the facilities you provide us with to cater in as clean and
tidy as we found them.
To ensure the quality of the food at any event most of the food is
prepared in our preparation kitchen in Saddlers Restaurant and transported
to the event just in time for serving. This shows the need for good
planning, organisation and communication of the event. Keeping us
informed of the numbers attending the event and planned eating times
is vital to the success of the event.
As we hold a Drinks Licence we can also provide bar facilities at
any event in accordance with all relevant legislation.
